Operating Hours for Terminal 1

Terminal 1 operating hours are between 0415 to 2300 daily
(or after last departure).
*Please note the terminal is not open overnight or outside these hours.

Locker information

There are three (3) alternate locker sizes available for customer and passenger use. Lockers are located adjacent the rent-a-car offices in the terminal car park. Costs are as follow:

Small (44 x 42 x 89cm)
0 to 2 hours $2.00
2 to 4 hours $2.00
4 to 24 hours $2.00
Medium (44 x 57 x 89cm)
0 to 4 hours $6.00
4 to 8 hours $2.00
8 to 24 hours $2.00
Large (44 x 86 x 89cm)
0 to 4 hours $8.00
4 to 8 hours $2.00
8 to 24 hours $2.00

Pay on your return. For every 24 hours after initial rental

Small $6.00
Medium $10.00
Large $12.00

If you exceed your anticipated time you will be required to pay the balance on return

Lost property enquires

For lost property queries within T1, please contact the AAL Terminal Administration staff between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday on 8154 9468.

Travelling with pets

Adelaide Airport Limited wishes to advise that animals are not permitted in Adelaide Airport Terminal 1 at any time, with the exception of service animals (eg Guide dogs, Quarantine dogs etc).

All airline carriers will only accept animals at their relevant freight terminals.

If you are travelling with animals, you should check in advance with your airline carrier about its procedures for checking animals on to the flight.

Remember to leave sufficient time before your flight to check animals with the airline’s freight handler before proceeding to Terminal 1 for your own check-in.

Also remember to ask your airline at the time of booking for the carrier’s rules and allowances regarding the carriage of animals.

Adelaide Metro bus queries

The Adelaide Metro bus arrives and departs at Terminal 1 from the southern end of Level 2. For further information please visit www.adelaidemetro.com.au  

Adelaide Airport T1 Shuttle Bus (terminal and carpark service)

The Adelaide Airport T1 Shuttle Bus operates daily between the long-term car park and Terminal 1. The free service commences at approximately 4.30am, providing a continuous loop service.

Passengers can board the Shuttle Bus service from T1 at the southern end of Level 2, next to the Adelaide Metro bus stop, or alternatively from the QF Pay Station within the long term car park.

There is no charge and bookings are not required. The circuit takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Skylink Airport Shuttle Bus

Skylink Airport Shuttle specialises in providing a regular scheduled bus service between Adelaide Airport, Keswick Interstate Railway Terminal and Adelaide CBD. This service also includes set downs and pick ups from most major City hotels. Skylink Airport Shuttle Bus operates every day of the year,excluding Christmas Day.

Car park security

Parking is at your own risk, however security patrols Adelaide Airport grounds 24 hours a day, including the car park. Historically, damage to any cars parked within AAL parks is very infrequent.
